"User-friendly site, awesome prices, and fast shipping"
I placed an order for an item that was available, and it got shipped and arrived the very next day via DPD. I'd definitely buy again; the whole experience was smooth, and the website was simple to navigate, plus it took various payment options.

"Unbelievable Service"
Unbelievable service. After I made an order for something that was listed as in stock, I received an email the next day stating that the item was out of stock. I sent multiple emails requesting to cancel my order and get my money back, but they never processed my refund. Thankfully, I used PayPal, so I had to file a case with them to retrieve my funds.

"Handset Cord Replacements"
I came across PMC Telecom while looking for some replacement cords for Avaya handsets. I've used their service a couple of times now. Paul from Customer Sales and Support has always handled my email orders and quotes right away. I wouldn't think twice about using them again for my future needs.
